Faced with a major wave of retirements and a rising inmate population, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office needed to quickly hire high-quality candidates. To expand beyond their traditional applicant pool in Travis County, TCSO partnered with us to launch a multi-market recruitment campaign targeting new audiences in surrounding regions.

By combining social media, display advertising, and TV streaming, we delivered the reach and frequency needed to break into new markets, while our lower-funnel tactics drove users directly to the online job application.
